Fast-Ferry


It is a one of the MDV3000Jupiter series fast -ferry for which Terrenia steamship of Italy placed an
order with Fincantieri shipyard, and is from 1997.
It is put into service to the Italian domestic ferry services and ships are named the Areis ,the Taurus,
the Capri corn, and the Scorpio from a constellation
A vessel can carry 1800 passengers and 480 sets of passenger cars and which is in the size of the
largest-in-the-world class with a full length 145mx width of 22m, .
Two sets each of a gas turbine and a diesel engine, total output about 64,000kW enable her to run at
40 knots or more of th emaximum speed.
Probably it is peevish and could be truly called a monster ferry.
